What is the biggest challenge I’ll be up against? (Not just in STS, but in life too perhaps?)

Repeatedly focus on two things:

  1. Continuously pay attention to, “where’s the gap here between us?”
  2. Take active steps to close that gap and you’ll gain more trust, more influence, and be able to create much more value. (The rest of this course shares plenty of ways to do that).
